Important:
Any unsolicited business email or appointment received or booked without the required payment will automatically be directed to spam, ignored, and blocked.

Email Communication — E.C.

If you have submitted payment for Email Communication, please complete the easy communication form provided by TGOWAFS. TGOWAFS will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, during our business hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

TGOWAFS is closed for business on Saturdays and Sundays.

Each Email Communication payment covers one email per proposal per Email Communication payment.

Appointment Communication — A.C.

If you have submitted payment to request an appointment with one of our sales managers, please complete the easy appointment form and select an available appointment date and time.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. TGOWAFS is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

For each booked appointment, TGOWAFS will send one of our qualified sales managers to meet with you.

All booked appointments are limited to one hour per payment.

Cash App Payment Instructions

All unsolicited business communication payments must be submitted through the official TGOWAFS business Cash App account:

Please include E.C. for Email Communication and/or A.C. for Appointment Communication in the note attached to your Cash App payment.

Proposal Review Process

Submit the applicable payment through the TGOWAFS business Cash App account.
Complete the appropriate TGOWAFS communication or appointment form.
Email Communications cover one email per proposal per payment.
Appointment Communications cover one scheduled appointment of up to one hour per payment.
If TGOWAFS decides to move forward with your proposal, TGOWAFS will notify you through Email Communication or during your booked appointment.
If TGOWAFS declines your proposal, communication regarding that proposal will end.
If you wish to present another proposal after a proposal has been declined or communication has ended, another applicable payment is required.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that any payment made to TGOWAFS for Email Communication (E.C.) or Appointment Communication (A.C.) is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another service or payment type.

Once payment has been submitted, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.
